1. Eligibility

You must not be located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. economic sanctions (currently including, without limitation, the Russian Federation, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions of Ukraine), nor on any U.S. government list of denied or restricted parties (OFAC SDN, BIS Entity List, etc.). The Service performs an IP-based geo-block and may refuse service at its sole discretion.

1.3. You must not be barred from using online entertainment services under any applicable law that governs you.

2. The Service

2.1. The Service is a private, fan-operated game server for the MMORPG [GAME_NAME]. [GAME_NAME] and all related intellectual property rights are owned by their respective rights holders. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the original publisher.

2.2. We provide gameplay infrastructure, an account cabinet, an optional in-game store selling virtual currency ("coins"), and customer support on a best-effort basis.

2.3. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee uptime, the absence of bugs, freedom from data loss, or that any specific feature will remain available indefinitely.

3. Accounts

3.1. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, including under any character associated with it. Keep your password secret. Do not share your account, sell it, gift it, lease it, or otherwise transfer it to another person.

3.2. We may suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, including (but not limited to): cheating, exploiting bugs, real-money trading of in-game items between players, harassment, fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, or attempts to circumvent the geo-block in section 1.2.

3.3. If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, you forfeit any unused virtual currency on the account and you have no right to a refund of past purchases.

4. Virtual currency and the in-game store

4.1. The cabinet sells virtual in-game currency ("coins") and, through that currency, optional cosmetic items, character convenience services, and gameplay quality-of-life upgrades (collectively, "Virtual Goods").

4.2. Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be:

• redeemed for cash, store credit, or any currency;
• withdrawn from the Service;
• transferred to another person for monetary value;
• used as collateral, security, an investment, or as the basis of any wager.

4.3. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Virtual Goods solely within the Service. We retain all right, title, and interest in the Virtual Goods. The Service does not offer a "real-money trading" marketplace, and any such trade between players, whether on or off the Service, is a breach of these Terms.

4.4. The price of coins, the bonus tier table, transaction bonuses, and all promotions are subject to change at any time. The price in effect at the moment you confirm a purchase is the price you pay for that purchase.

4.5. All payments are processed by third-party payment service providers (currently Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your full card number, CVC, or PayPal password. Their respective terms of service and privacy policies also apply to the payment portion of your transaction.

5. Conduct rules

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, automation, third-party software (other than what we explicitly allow), bots, or memory-modification tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploit bugs, duplication glitches, or unintended interactions; report them to [SUPPORT_EMAIL] instead.
• Engage in real-money trading of accounts, characters, items, or currency outside the cabinet.
• Harass, threaten, defame, dox, or discriminate against other players or staff.
• Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or sexually explicit content involving any real person, or any content involving minors.
• Attempt to disable, overload, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure (DDoS, scraping, brute-force, etc.).
• Circumvent the geo-block in section 1.2 by any means including VPNs, proxies, or false billing information.
• Use the Service to launder money, evade taxes, or commit any crime.

We may, at our sole discretion, warn, mute, kick, suspend, or permanently ban any account that breaches these rules.

6. Intellectual property

6.1. We do not claim ownership of the [GAME_NAME] game itself or of any underlying assets owned by its rights holder.

6.2. The cabinet website (its layout, code, original copy, and brand) is our intellectual property and may not be copied, redistributed, or used to derive competing services without our prior written permission.

7. Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes

7.2. By default, Virtual Goods are non-refundable. Refunds are issued only when required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction, when an unauthorised charge is confirmed, or when a verified technical error of our system caused a failed delivery.

7.3. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting our support at [SUPPORT_EMAIL] and giving us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, we may suspend your account until the dispute is closed and may permanently ban accounts with a pattern of chargeback abuse.

8. Termination

8.1. You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account deletion, see the Privacy Policy.

8.2. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, for legal or regulatory reasons, or because we discontinue the Service.

8.3. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued before termination, including obligations under sections 7 and 9.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

9.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or freedom from viruses or harmful components.

9.2. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, our total cumulative liability arising out of or in connection with the Service, regardless of legal theory, shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or fifty United States dollars (USD 50.00), whichever is greater.

9.3. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, loss of in-game progress, or interruption of service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.4. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. If those laws apply to you, the exclusions and limitations above apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless [LLC_NAME], its officers, members, employees, and contractors from and against any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Service, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Governing law and venue
