Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service. By making a purchase on the Service you confirm you have read it.

1. The default rule

Virtual in-game currency ("coins") and any items obtained with that currency are non-refundable once they have been delivered to your account. Virtual Goods have no real-world value and cannot be returned in any meaningful sense.

2. When we will issue a refund

We will refund a purchase, in whole or in part, in the following cases:

2.1. Mandatory consumer-protection law

If the law of the country where you are ordinarily resident gives you a non-waivable right to a refund (for example, the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal that applies until digital content has been delivered with your express consent), we will honour that right. Important: by purchasing coins and clicking "Pay", you expressly request immediate delivery of the Virtual Goods and, where the law allows, you waive any right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply once the coins have been credited to your account.

2.2. Unauthorised charge

If a third party used your payment method without your authorisation, contact [SUPPORT_EMAIL] with a copy of the bank or card-issuer report. Once we verify the unauthorised use, we will refund the affected charges and ban any account that received the proceeds.

2.3. Verified technical error of our system

If our system charged you but failed to credit the coins, and you have contacted [SUPPORT_EMAIL] so we can attempt re-delivery first, we will refund any amount we cannot deliver within 7 days.

2.4. Duplicate payment

If our system or the payment provider charged you twice for the same order due to a network error, we will refund the duplicate.

3. When we will NOT issue a refund

• You changed your mind after the coins were credited.
• You did not like an in-game item you bought with coins.
• You were banned for violating the Terms of Service (cheating, fraud, RMT, etc.).
• The exchange rate moved in a direction that disadvantages you between purchase and use.
• You did not understand the price (the price is shown in USD on the checkout page, and an informational EUR equivalent may also be shown).
• Stripe, PayPal, or your bank charged a foreign-transaction fee — that is between you and them.

4. How to request a refund

1. E-mail [SUPPORT_EMAIL] within 14 days of the charge.
2. Include: the account login, the order number, the date and amount, the payment method, and a brief explanation.
3. We will reply within 5 business days. If we approve the refund, you will receive it through the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or PayPal without first contacting our support, we will:

• Suspend the affected account until the dispute is closed.
• Reverse any coins / items obtained from the disputed payment.
• Provide the payment provider with our usage logs (account ID, IP, gameplay activity following the purchase).
• Charge a chargeback handling fee equal to the fee that the payment provider charges us, where permitted by law.
• Permanently ban accounts that show a pattern of chargeback abuse.

If the dispute resolves in our favour, you may have to pay the disputed amount plus the handling fee before the account is unbanned.
