Age Confirmation

The Service is intended only for adults aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater).

1. Why an age requirement?

The Service offers paid Virtual Goods. Online purchases of Virtual Goods on a private game server are not appropriate for minors. We do not provide parental-control mechanisms and we do not have the means to obtain verifiable parental consent at the level required by COPPA, GDPR Article 8, the UK Age-Appropriate Design Code, or similar laws in other jurisdictions.

2. How we confirm

When you submit a payment we ask you to tick a checkbox confirming you are 18 or older. We rely on your good-faith confirmation. We may, in suspicious cases (for example, when a chargeback is filed by a parent), ask for additional age verification documents and refuse service if they are not provided.

3. If you are under 18

Please leave the Service immediately. Do not create an account, do not log in, do not make any purchases. Ask an adult to handle anything you need.

4. If you are a parent or guardian

If you believe a minor has created an account or made a purchase on the Service, contact [LEGAL_EMAIL] with:

• the account login or any character name,
• a brief description of the situation,
• proof of guardianship (so we can confirm your authority before taking action).

We will, within 30 days:

• delete the account and all associated personal data,
• refund any purchase that the minor made within the past 30 days using the payment method on file,
• ban the e-mail and the payment instrument from being used to register again on the Service.

5. False statements

Knowingly providing a false age confirmation is a breach of these Terms. If we discover that an account is held by a minor we will permanently ban the account and forfeit any unspent Virtual Currency.
